Erica Flegg bought La Volée in 2017 and relocated from the UK to south-west Normandy with her horses. A year later she was joined by Sarah and David, and the three ran the farm together as partners for five years before Sarah and David returned to the UK.
“I am fortunate to live in a beautiful part of south-west Normandy,” Erica says. Today she keeps the herd, hosts guests and facilitators, and looks after the land — offering a comfortable place to stay plus workshop and meditation spaces.

La Volée is an affordable venue — with or without catering — for teachers and facilitators who want to host a small group workshop or retreat. Alongside the rooms and studio, Erica facilitates a deeper connection with the horses for those who want it.
